(closed on public holidays) β Modality: π» Video call via ZOOM Program * A video-call modality would be more effective in helping a client than talking only by voice as both client and counselor can see each other. A call would be more appropriate for those who prefer to conceal their identity. β π Steps to get a service β¨1. Make an online booking 2. Pay service fee (via iBanking/ money transfer) 3. Meet your psychologist via ZOOM *A confirmation email will be sent after the booking is complete, and a reminder email will follow before the appointment.
