What is Supervision?

It means that seeking supervision from a more knowledgeable, skilled, capable, and experienced counseling psychologist to improve or develop the quality of psychological counseling services for better outcomes.

It is one of the ongoing processes in providing mental health helping, to maintain and continuously develop oneself for quality improvement, which is lifelong learning.

Why It Matters

Effective counseling supervision ensures that clients are competently served.  Supervision commits that counselors continue to increase their skills, which in turn increases service effectiveness.

Warunyu is our supervisor whose role is to supervise our service providers when they face complicated cases that may need the help of seasoned experiences and a broader perspective to ensure our clients' high quality.


Our service providers participate in monthly group supervision to consistently sharpen helping skills as our continuous quality improvement, which is part of the international professional standards for mental health providers.
