(closed on public holidays) — Modality: 💻 Video call via ZOOM Program * A video-call modality would be more effective in helping a client than talking only by voice as both client and counselor can see each other. A call would be more appropriate for those who prefer to conceal their identity. — 📌 Steps to get a service 
1. Make an online booking 2. Pay service fee (via iBanking/ money transfer) 3. Meet your psychologist via ZOOM *A confirmation email will be sent after the booking is complete, and a reminder email will follow before the appointment. Please check your junk mail/spam if you do not receive it — ⭐️All procedures are operated upon the internationally professional standard. All information is strictly confidential. ⚠️ In case of postponement or cancellation, **please make it 24 hours in advance to allow that time slot for another client who needs help. Thank you for your kind understanding, except for accidents, severe illness, or disaster.
